Refunds and replacements
You may return any product you have ordered from Danishjewellery.com within 14 days of receipt. Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. To return any item please contact danishjewellery.com via email. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund. Danishjewellery.com will mail you the address the items must be returned directly to. All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact. Please use an insured registered delivery method to return your order.
If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a refund. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery. All online refunds will be completed within approximately 30 days of the return of the goods. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by danishjewellery.com.
Please email to cancel an order. Cancellations can be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch. You can contact us by email and will be contacted the following working day via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
We do not deliver to your area. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and we will credit your account as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
